Only a few things in life excite me; comic books, lifting more weights and helping people get results in the gym. After years of weight training and MMA, I pursued a BS in Exercise Science. I enjoy pushing myself and my clients. My workouts are never intended to make someone tired, theyโ€™re designed to make you better. Along with sound training and nutrition principles, effort is key to getting results. I believe anyone can get stronger, leaner and increase performance.
