Only a few things in life excite me; comic books, lifting more weights and helping people get results in the gym. After years of weight training and MMA, I pursued a BS in Exercise Science. I enjoy pushing myself and my clients. My workouts are never intended to make someone tired, they’re designed to make you better. Along with sound training and nutrition principles, effort is key to getting results. I believe anyone can get stronger, leaner and increase performance.
